How long does it take for me to receive my order?


All Standard Shipping deliveries will arrive within 7-15 days (Excluding Processing Time). Kindly note that UAJersey shipping facility is closed on weekends.



Are there any other additional fees such as custom taxes for international orders?


With years of experience in this industry and successfully delivering thousands of parcels around the world, our experts from the shipping department will pack and ship your parcel out via a special and safe route in order to avoid Custom/Zoll 95% of the time. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost would be, (est 30-50 dollar/euro) as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

Expect 5-7 business days to receive your tracking information via email after your order has been confirmed. If you did not receive your tracking information within the given time, kindly contact our Customer Support and we will assist you.
